Submission Requirements

To ensure a comprehensive and fair assessment, all submissions must include the following materials:

A. Project Description
A detailed narrative (maximum 1,000 words) describing the project's concept, design approach, and key features. The description should articulate how the project addresses the specific category criteria and demonstrate its significance within the global context. All submissions must be in English, the official language of the awards.

B. Architectural Drawings

· Site plan

· Floor plans

· Elevations (minimum two)

· Sections (minimum two)

· Key details demonstrating technical resolution
All drawings should be submitted in PDF format with clear labeling.

C. Photographic Documentation

· Minimum 10 high-resolution images (300 DPI) of the completed project

· Images should include exterior and interior views

· Detail photographs showcasing materiality and craftsmanship

· Context images showing the building in its environment

D. Supplementary Materials

· Project video (maximum 3 minutes) illustrating the building's spatial qualities

· Material boards or specification details (optional but encouraged)

· User response or community feedback documentation

E. Entrant Information

Submission Procedure

Step 1: Registration

Step 2: Entry Preparation
Entrants prepare submission materials in accordance with the requirements outlined above. All materials must be compiled into a single PDF document (maximum 50 pages) with accompanying high-resolution image files and video content.

Step 3: Submission
Complete submissions must be uploaded to the ArAsia submission portal. As there is no fixed deadline, submissions are accepted year-round. Please allow sufficient time for document preparation to ensure a complete and high-quality entry.

Step 4: Review & Evaluation
The ArAsia Awards Committee conducts a thorough review of all submissions. Each entry is evaluated by an independent jury of distinguished architects, academics, and design professionals from around the world, who assess projects based on their category-specific criteria.

Step 5: Results Notification
All applicants will receive their results within 2 months of submission. Successful entrants will be notified directly with details regarding their award recognition.

Step 6: Award Presentation
Winners receive official awards and certificates, with special recognition given to projects that achieve the highest level of excellence in each category. Select winning projects may be featured in ArAsia publications and on the organization's platforms.
